Those who dox are forewarned: You can be tracked.

      Recent extreme rash of doxxing has struck several of our associates. Mainly initiated by a mentally unstable activist the doxxing attack via cyber means , began for us. Many people who blindly take internet topics and opinions as gospel have fallen for the lies. Due to ignorance and being naive this individual preyed on their emotions. Utilizing religion and defining the terms of a " cult ". But what is not readily known to these ignorant folks is the ramifications of their traceable actions. I am speaking of the Law and the avenues that can be legally pursued by us as example to hold these people accountable especially the instigator himself / herself. We should make it known ignorance to the law is no excuse. The intent of doxxing is malicious and invasion of privacy. It is the harassment of the individual's personal information being exposed and to urge emotions of others to continue the doxxing operation or to physically approach the victim and cause bodily harm. Many of those who do dox realize it is not only the primary victim that becomes affected. The family of the victim , friends of the victim. Most of those who dox carelessly think nothing of these affects but there is a ripple effect from someone being doxxed. It creates a atmosphere to attempt public shaming and humiliation to seek revenge or to discredit the intended target.

        At many times during the Trump campaign we witnessessed many of President Trump's supporters become maliciously doxxed and their worlds were turned upside down. Shamefully penalized for their political beliefs our founding fathers died for. We watched liberal left media utterly destroy personal lives and instigate many left wing extremist groups to do the same. ( Antifa factions ) We witnessessed many unlawful actions that stemmed from Portland , Oregon. This is where Antifa was allowed to wreak havoc publically with no penalty. The following is a quick definition of how doxxing relates to law.
     
       This charge may be in place of, or concurrently with, the stalking charge. A criminal threat can be either a felony or a misdemeanor charge. As a misdemeanor charge, the sentence is up to one year in a county jail. As a felony charge, it's up to three years in a state prison.

     This definition was pulled from a quick search that doesn't really go into deep detail and was likely not meant to. But it still shows us that doxxing falls within the realm of cyber stalking. And mostly can be traced and the origins are always discovered even via subpoena. Most social networking sites ( Facebook , Twitter etc.) are not wanting to be associated with those who dox and are quick to respond with assistance. We all should abide the first amendment but many nowadays abuse their right by way of  concluding " They won't catch me ". 

     The best way to avoid " Doxxing " is to protect your information online. Removing personal public information online helps in a large way and avoids the hackers or whomever that seeks to dox you. You need to protect and be mindful of your electronic footprint. Check your privacy settings via " Facebook " and " Twitter ".  Bar those on the outside to get in. You will never fully guard everything you submit online but most of those who dox are not that savvy to start with. Much like the individual that doxxed our firm. We are sure he is taking " Youtube " lessons daily. But to help with controlling your information check the public website your on. Realize that Professional websites like " Linkedin " , " Upwork " which displays your name publically for other businesses to view your professional account for jobs also leaves you vulnerable to doxxers. Even though you want recruiters to see you it leaves you in the open for the malicious intent. Other sites that leave you vulnerable is also online dating sites. Many do not realize this but is another vulnerability. And some of the free profile ones are really something to reconsider. The doxxers want to date also but when they find someone they disagreed with maybe politically they can wreak havoc in your love life. And this urges me to bring up also , CAREFUL AND IF YOU MEET PEOPLE ONLINE , MAKE IT IN A PUBLIC VENUE.

         The best way to see what is out there is utilize the search engines. Google is the very best and most well known search engine out there. If you don't readily surface on their database you are likely relatively safe. Then switch to the Yahoo search engine. And then firefox. Firefox is usually a very secure platform more so geared towards privacy than Google. A lot of Federal Agencies are supported by Firefox due to its security.

     Then another issue is your Smartphone. How do you connect to the internet via your phone. Check it. Make sure your privacy settings are how you want them. Make sure they don't automatically update and decrease your level of security. Iphones are more vulnerable than Androids but you can still secure your Iphone. Just never click on unknown links sent to you. A well known program that allows ease droppers into your Iphone is the operative program " Karma ". Produced by former NSA contractors for United Arab Emirates , they hacked into thousands of  Iphones to surveil opposition to their government. But with this spy technology on the open market with a price , anyone with the right price will have it.

      Last but not least PASSWORDS. Your password is literally the gateway to your digital world and nowadays it can include banking , medical records , personal email etc. No password should be short and nothing easy to remember. There are programs in the market that help you create strong passwords , but if your anything compared to our security , we have our own private way of securing data. Most passwords should consist of alphabetical , capitalized alphabetical , numerural , punctuation keys. Example: DH34@vb.
The mixture of the key symbols and off the wall combination makes them better. If you do not add the punctuation symbols or numbers this allows hacker algorithm's to easily hack your accounts. Never use your Date of Birth or Social Security number. Also do not use your street address or zip code or cellphone number. You would be very surprised what people use as passwords. And another major point I like to make. PLEASE don't store your passwords on your computer. This absolutely makes no sense to me. Many people do this and then wonder why they got easily hacked. Take a notebook and monetize it specifically for passwords and sign in's only. Lock it up. The old school way of writing it down and locking it up will never fail you. Unless you get broken in by some foreign spy and they force you to unlock the safe at gunpoint , you will be safe. If this scenario happens then your basically screwed anyhow. 

            WIFI , Modems. Each wifi modem has a unique key ( WEP ) that must be entered to allow access. This key is usually obnoxiously long and confusing. This is to your advantage. Once someone gains access they gain your network. Meaning any computers connected to the wifi , phones , kindles , tablets. You name it. So much like your normal password combination , your modem should have the same. And for ultra security most consumers should leave it obnoxiously long as the way it came from the provider. Many folks in our area leave the wifi open so others can get blind access. Either because they are ignorant or just don't care. But let them become aware how vulnerable they really are they will be fixing it mighty quick. You will need to access the password for your modem via your settings , internet and network.Or check the back of your modem physically. It should be on the factory sticker.

      This is not a exhaustive submission of doxxing or cyber security but it is a basic start on how to fight back those who wish to do you public harm within the cyber realm. There are ways to help prevent such actions and with sufficient evidence like our associates have compiled you can hold their feet to the fire and hold them accountable by law. You will see them crawl back to the shadows whence they came. Most folks who engage in such malicious activities are bored or mentally unstable and should not be allowed near a computer console.

         There has been a growing momentum among the Union of our great nation. It is called " Convention of States. With government spending running rampid. And fiscal responsibility completely ignored our children's children will be paying off the National Debt. How do we reign in our politicians of whom believe they represent us on a open check book? In September 15th 1787 George Mason from Virginia stood to his feet in objection. Said that the government cannot be relied upon to regulate itself. And proposed Article V (5) of the United States Constitution be amended and written as such.
                  " The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate. " Rev. 1992

          Article V requires 34 states ( two thirds ) to sign on to the petition to call for a Convention of States. Currently 12 states have signed on. Alabama , Alaska , Florida , Georgia , Louisiana , Oklahoma , Indiana , Tennessee , Missouri , Arizona , Texas , North Dakota.             Mark Levin , a very patriotic radio personality and American political activist is a avid supporter of the Convention of States and can be attributed to a large portion of its advancement using his Political Radio talk show to educate other Patriotic Americans about the movement. Mr. Levin who is a Constitutionalist and served as Chief of Staff for the Dept. of Justice during President Reagan presidency , likely knows the U.S. Constitution better then many of those who sit in congress currently. Mr. Levin was quoted as saying " This ( Convention of States ) is the only way out ". " Starting at the bottom up ".
           We all can agree that our government is running amuck. It no longer represents the individual citizen according to how it was intended to. Fiscal spending is without regulation as our taxes increase year after year. Many know the saying " The rich get richer and the poor get poorer ". Currently there is a overwhelming political battle over President Trump getting " Wall Funding ". The government was shut down for a record number of days. Now it has re-opened but still lies in massive grid lock. The American people are not represented. Our homeless and veterans are forgotten as we focus on migrants swarming into our nation. Giving the migrants the benefits our own citizens should be getting. Why our government forgets its own is unconscionable.

New York's Abortion Law 2019

    January 22nd , 2019 New York State signed into law a new abortion law. Public Health Section 2599-AA. Abortion is no longer in the state's code. Section 4164 is now repealed. This new law allows for the mother to have a abortion up to a full term pregnancy or birth.
    Something that has sparked nationwide outrage across the United States defined as " All out murder ". The law is said to be in anticipation of the roll back of the Supreme Court Case " Roe v. Wade ". Another conflicting portion of the law states that " Nurse practitioners , physician assistants , midwives may perform non-surgical abortions ". The MD's of whom perform these abortions would be required to insert a needle into the temple portion of the now newborn's head to kill the newborn. Does this seem outright murder? Your right. It absolutely is. And what seems to be a liberal lashing back at those who revere life now have to accept what's law. Murder is now legal in New York.
     Some say that this excuses mothers to the responsibility of motherhood. And ruthlessly choose to terminate pregnancy or abort the child at birth. Claiming it will " Save the health of the mother ". If a fetus survives full term pregnancy and as well as the mother , the reason of termination can only be the lack of soul.
     There is many alternatives other than abortions. Un-wanting mothers could very easily arrange for adoption over murder. Yes the mother has the right to choose but does not have the right to choose for that baby. Once that baby is born it has a " God given Right " just like any other person who has the " God given Right ". Then some will say what if she doesn't believe in God. Well the United States Constitution ( which is law ) States Civil Liberties are given by our creator. That no man / woman can infringe.

       Pima County of Arizona has opted to sue Big Pharma totalling to 20 companies because of Opioid Crisis that Purdue Pharma , a Chandler , Arizona based company and others is said to be fueling the epidemic in every zip code of Tucson. Purdue Pharma and 19 other companies are mentioned in court filings that the county filed January 17th 2019. Quoted as being the " Prescription for Addiction ". A alarming price tag of $253 million is said to have cost the county in ER visits and overdoses when Opioid use doubled from 2008 to 2016. It is claimed that these Big Pharma companies peddled and pushed the prescription Opioids like international drug cartels to have local physicians prescribe and sell them.
       As said nationally " A nation addicted to pain meds " is beginning to see radical changes and alternatives to Opioids. CBD's from the Marijuana plant seem to be revolutionizing the medical industry. And the changing tide of laws and policy have begun in many states where medicinal marijuana has been made legal including Arizona. And other states have also decided to make legal recreational use of marijuana.
      The Major concern though is many patients that were Opioid addicted are now turning to Fentanyl           (synthetic opioid ) at a very alarming rate. 100 times stronger than Morphine the demand of Fentanyl is dangerously fueling the drug trade from south of the border in Mexico. The United States is far to familiar with the drug epidemic coming from the south and its violence that follows. A massive gripping scourge. But the Fentanyl does not only come from the cartels south of the United States either. It also is being illicitly trafficked from China. Some wonder is this yet another way " China " plans to strike America? Narco-terrorism? What makes Fentanyl so valuable to China and Mexican Cartels is the extreme potency in small doses. Which in turn allows for smaller shipments that would be trafficked to the United States.
       A gauge on the extreme potency is " a grain of Fentanyl can kill ". Very extreme danger that is faced worldwide. Many Heroin users also graduate to Fentanyl. We will keep you updated on this lawsuit.

Federal Judge says compelling suspects to unlock phones violate 4th and 5th

     A California Federal Judge has found that compelling suspects to unlock their phones using their fingerprints violates the fourth and fifth amendments. Per the California Federal case suspects were utilizing Facebook Messenger to extort their victim for monetary gain by threatening to expose a sensitive video of the victim. Within the discussion of the court documents the judge mentioned that just because a individual was present during the act of the crime does not create probable cause to compel the search of the device ( cellphone ). And concerning the suspect who is being accused cannot not be compelled to commit self incrimination by unlocking the phone with his/her fingerprint.
     Also showing sympathy for the investigation the federal judge said that the government had other means to unlock electronic devices and avoid trampling over Constitutional Rights.
     As we remember the tragic terror attack in San Bernardino , California the FBI was attempting to force Apple to open the terrorists cellphone. Which after being sued by the FBI , Apple still did not assist. With the Constitutional violations in mind. Concerned that the terrorist attack would set a precedent for future crimes of ordinary citizens involving electronic devices.

      Ultimately though the FBI did find a private tech company to unlock the device. And after paying $900,000 also. So with the overture of " everybody has a price " the Constitution was yet still violated. With this case the suspects ( terrorists ) were dead and loads of evidence was already provided. Even though investigations are very crucial and maybe help stop future attacks , we should not compromise our Constitution and way of law.
     

New Task Force to help delivery legal Services to Public.

      Chief Justice of Arizona Supreme Court  Scott Bales has create a new task force to help with the delivery of legal services to the citizens of Arizona. Chaired by Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer. The Arizona Supreme Court is looking to certify non-lawyers to assist with the legal maze that people are faced with and also to advocate for those in need. The main focus will be mainly on civil litigation because as much as 75% to 80% of those involved in civil matters , one person goes unrepresented.
       This decision could very well increase the involvement of Arizona Paralegals who primarily have the option of becoming Certified Document Preparers to assist in filling out legal forms. Justice Timmer did specify the it would be still a small involvement in civil matters for the advocates. The Arizona Supreme courts recognize the income constraints of Arizona citizens and in turn limits their access to court services or even representation.
     Justice Timmer also spoke on the upcoming decision and legislation of Arizona allowing co-ownership of law firms with non-lawyers. Currently ARS requires owners of law firms to be lawyers in Arizona. If approved this will allow non-lawyers to co-own the law firm.

Supreme Court Rejects Company in Case Linked to Mueller

After Chief Justice Roberts places a hold, the justices Tuesday declined to block a federal appeals court ruling. The appeals court upheld daily fines. Growing at $50,000 a day against the company, owned by an unidentified foreign Country A, for failing to comply with a grand jury subpoena.The latest order lifts the hold Chief Justice John Roberts had placed on the appeals court ruling while the Supreme Court considered the matter. There were no published dissents. Chief Justice Roberts hold and review was abnormal in legal realms. Which casts even more mystery in the whole investigation.

The order came hours after the court’s website indicated the company was poised to file an appeal of the ruling. The court’s online docket shows a new filing that that seeks permission to file that appeal under seal, with redacted copies have been made for public access. The grand jury dispute has been shrouded in mystery to begin with, in part because officials closed an entire floor of a federal courthouse in Washington during arguments on Dec. 7. 

The appeals court order, issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, rejected contentions that a federal sovereign-immunity law shielded the company from having to comply. Although the appeals court issued judgment in December, it released an opinion Tuesday. A concurring opinion by Judge Stephen Williams offered new hints about the identity of the company. Williams said that the company has an American office where the subpoena was served and that prosecutors contend the company conducts "considerable business" in the U.S. So the company will not be able to use sovereign-immunity.

Special FBI Investigator Robert Mueller might be seeking information that is currently overseas. The company already contends it doesn’t have "documents responsive to the subpoena in the United States." So there was no denial of having the documents but that they were not within the U.S..
