Unfortunately Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh has been accused again for sexual misconduct during his college years. As we all remember Justice Kavanaugh was smeared threw thick mud during his confirmation hearings for sexual misconduct in college and always binge drinking and not studying law. Justice Kavanaugh's impeccable record as a judge would be seen as " As good as it gets ". As a Yale graduate he went on to be a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He has been a member of the Federalist Society since 1988. Then he became a law clerk for Judge Ken Starr during the time of the President Bill Clinton impeachment. Then was nominated for U.S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia.
And when Justice Anthony Kennedy decided to leave the bench of the Supreme Court , Justice Kavanaugh was nominated by President Trump to replace him. And then the slew of accusations arose from a Palo Alto University Professor of Psychology Christine Blassey Ford. Along with Ford's accusations two other woman also surfaced ( Julie Swetnick , Deborah Ramirez ) and accused Justice Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct also. After a FBI investigation the accusations were unfounded and dismissed and Justice Kavanaugh was confirmed.
Now after a recent book has been written , Justice Kavanaugh's third accuser Deborah Ramirez , claims that her legal team provided the FBI names of 25 individuals that had sufficient evidence that would prove Justice Kavanaugh was guilty of the misconduct. But the FBI overlooked such evidence. Now this seems to be getting the ball rolling all over again for Justice Kavanaugh. Democrat leadership is now even calling for Justice Kavanaugh's impeachment as well already calling for President Trumps impeachment.

Tech giants have commenced Free Speech CRACKDOWN. Iron fist internet.
Recently many social media users across the spectrum have witnessed this week the largest broad internet crack down of Free Speech. Social media sites like Facebook , Twitter , Youtube and others have begun regulating their private platforms of what would be considered polarizing and angry content. These private corporations who opened up their platforms to the public are now claiming they have all the justification in the world because the platforms are still privately owned and not owned by the general public. Some would say this attempt to reign in inflammatory rhetoric is long over due , but now that it has gained the support of politicians and activist groups the tech giants cannot ignore the majority that wants it controlled.
So as example " Youtube " owned by Google , has de-monetized several Youtube accounts and have removed the accounts from search engines. The account owners can post their content yet they will not be able to advertise or gain subscribers because they have been removed from the " worldwide web " search engines. Many account holders are retreating to sites like Patreon.com but who knows if the regulatory actions will stop there. With the intent of the tech giants one would assume the cleansing of the internet will be the entire internet.

You would think that if viewers don't like what they are viewing they would just avoid and not view the media. But those who are on the left are viewing the content and then intimidating the social media giants to censor anything they may find offensive or speaks against their views. With the intent of silencing anything they don't like.
Youtube is a social media platform which is used for income by many people worldwide. Or just to add their videos for entertainment value. In conclusion it is their venue or platform and are able to do with it what they will. I.e. owned by Google. But it is clear that all conservative channels and prepper channels and the like have been targeted by Youtube due to their content and being said not " in line with Youtube's values and ethics ". And Youtube is aware that with those they are finding against their views receive economic income from their channels intentionally de-monentize the channels to hurt the income revenue made. In hopes these conservative speakers fade away.
Youtube has also altered their algorithm's so the channels will not come up in the search engines. It is definitely a active denial of allowing Free Speech and Freedom of Expression. And we actually wonder who else is being electronically targeted by the those who seek to stifle the freedoms.

The bill reads that earned credit days will change from every 6 days served 1 day is given , to 7 days served 3 days given towards early release. There was a campaign that was popular during the presidency of President Obama called " Ban the box ". This was a effort to remove the box next to the question " Were you formerly arrested or convicted of a felony? " If a person was they would check the box. Removing this " box " was a attempt to give those with a criminal record and made bad decisions in their past , have a fresh second chance. Some opponents of this campaign said this posed a security risk for the work force and the general public. I.e. You wouldn't want Hannibal Lector serving Sushi. The employer upon hiring the felon accepts the responsibility of that felon's actions. It also has been noted that most businesses who have hired felons find that they outperform the employee's that were not ever incarcerated.

Education is key to success. It opens many doors that would never have been opened otherwise. Even if you don't have your high school diploma or GED. There are programs in your community that do not discriminate against anyone. If someone ever tells you no , go at it in a different direction. And to your best ability don't listen to the noise and the haters. They were not part of your sentencing. Don't give them the platform to hate or put that stigma on you that holds you back.

Parkland School Safety officer faces 11 charges.
The Parkland School shooting was yet another gross tragedy that we are facing far to common in America. It has been literally school shooting after school shooting. Several , but not enough schools are taking action. Arming the teachers in some cases and other remedies. Our kids are getting combat action in their own school before even going off to war in the military. Deputy Peterson was the only armed person at the Parkland School on February 14th , 2018. Assailant Nikolas Cruz entered the school and killed seventeen. Becoming the deadliest school shooting in the United States , Cruz likely achieved his notorious goal. But as for Deputy Peterson he hid at the base of some stairs according to court documents of Deputy Peterson's statement. He failed to enter the school and perform as a law enforcement officer and stop the deadly threat to students. University of Arizona leads nation in Native American student enrollment.
At nine percent of the total JD student body , University of Arizona has ranked first in the United States for a second year for having the most Native American's enrolled. On 4 / 18 / 2019 Arizona court of Appeals ( Honorable Arthur T. Anderson ) vacated and remanded for a new hearing concerning a Navajo minor and guardianship.25 U.S.C. §§ 1901-1963 (2018) ICWA states that a American Indian minor shall be placed with another tribal member if removed from his / her home due to neglect or abuse. And also due to the fact that Whiteflutee Y. had become impaired by a illegal substance and threatened to kill her male companion at her home. Anyone burnt out with Presidential drama.
It is hard to follow the entire ordeal now concerning the Mueller Report and how the Democrats claim collusion and want to impeach. Or look at the under handed dealing of our Federal Bureau of Investigations. In the end I think this just reveals how our entire system is a three ring circus. I have spoken with some friends over sea's and America has been looked at as going " Bat shit crazy ". I tend to agree. There was unprecedented hacking and manipulation conducted by one or several Nation States to alter our 2016 Presidential elections. This was by far the largest and what some would say most successful operation known to many in the intelligence community.
We should let this go now that the investigation is done with and return to what is the real priorities to our nation. We have many Americans struggling due to natural disasters. Our farm belt was laid to waste after historic flooding. We have many falling to the Opioid crisis and are dying at alarming overdoses. We have homeless Americans nationwide that suffer from economic struggles to mental illnesses. We do not have time for this drama. Some Americans may not agree with President Trump and some do. But he is our President and works for us like the rest of those in public service all around our great nation. Its time to not only put them to work but ourselves. Nothing is handed to you and nothing is for free. Give to your neighbors or give a homeless American a step up. Go to your local Veterans hospital and sit with the in patients there that served us so honorably. Let them know they are not forgotten.
My point is that time to move on is now. Renew our national spirit for our great nation. If those Nation States saw it so important to hack and alter our elections so badly , clearly they envy our freedoms.

Maine Gov. changes Columbus Day to Indigenous Day to honor Native Americans.

Governor Janet Mills of Maine signed the change April 26 , 2019. In recognition of how our past really happened changing this national holiday will give credit where credit is due. Many Native tribes were already living off the abundant land long before Columbus even decided to sail to discover the new land. Many explorers of European decent came over and looked down upon the Natives as inferior. Yet it was the Europeans that brought plagues and strife with them.
This act of solidarity by Maine's Governor helps also recognize the true sovereignty of the Penobscot Tribe who also is a part of the Wabanaki Nations. Many times we see time is the best remedy I believe but also we should never forget tolerance and love.

Governor Ducey signs HB2569
On April 10 , 2019 Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed HB2569 into law that makes Arizona the first state to recognize all out of state licenses. This bill effectively enables future residents that plan to move to Arizona to not be concerned about having to become licensed under Arizona licensing requirements like they would prior to this legislation. HB2569 does stipulate that the licensee must have had the license for a year with the state of origin and not have any pending complaints or investigations. And be of good standing.
The bill did have some opposition which their key argument was that some states have less stringent requirements for some licenses compared to Arizona and that this issue could lead to less professionalism. Governor Doug Ducey states that just because someone " packs a Uhaul and moves to Arizona , they don't lose any skills ".

Wharton Professor says: Bill of Rights to protect us from Algorithms.
Recently a Wharton Professor , Kartik Hosanagar wrote a book " Human's Guide on Machine Intelligence " about how our new day and age has every human on the cusp of. Bill of Rights to protect us from Algorithms. And truthfully this is a marvel idea , although it would be hard to trace those responsible and would ultimately result to a libel and defamation suit.
Professor Hasanagar writes how we allow our lives to be submitted to algorithms making digital decisions for us with examples like: loan approval , dating matches and to where we like to eat and shop. And with the advent of smart phones these algorithms send this information straight to our palms. Many around the world today don't even bat an eye to the process involved and think it now to be natural occurrence. The scary part is this information and the decisions fall into the hands of " Corporate America " who are the creators of Artificial intelligence. Professor Hasanagar says " The danger is power will be concentrated only in a few companies with little transparency.
In other aspects of our life in the 21st century is Judges presiding over criminal sentencing are allowing Artificial Intelligence to make the decisions on what sentences are imposed once given the factors of each case. Arizona , Kentucky , Alaska have already adopted the use of AI in the courtrooms assisting judges to determine the pre-trial release. What has been the judges decision since the beginning of our Justice System is now being partially surrendered to AI. New Jersey has a complete integrated program which is even more intricate in the courts decision which relies on a " Public Assessment Score ".
The down side to this Artificial technology is it eliminates the Bail Bond industry which served as the third party when a defendant had to post a bond to be released. Many cities and towns all over the nation have had Bail Bondsman willing to help secure defendant releases but now they have been removed completely.
Which is a big fear for many working Americans now. Many humans are being given the pink slip because the perpetual employee has shown up who doesn't need breaks , require health insurance or sicks days. Hopefully the artificial intelligence doe not place us into a disgruntled algorithm.
